Helpful staff, English communication, spacious room with bathtub, good breakfast, convenient location near supermarket.

Absolutely nothing.

The hotel's location was convenient to many restaurants and shops. the staff was helpful and able to communicate in English. the room was standard but had a bathtub and the breakfast was good with a vegetarian menu. the open-air car park was a nice facility as well.

The walls were thin, making it difficult to enjoy a good night's sleep due to noise from other guests.

The hotel's staff helped me with parking and provided excellent communication in English. My room was large and equipped with a surprise bathtub. Breakfast offered a vegetarian option and the hotel's location had a large supermarket nearby.

During my xmas stay, I appreciated the open-air carpark, which made it easy to park and unload my luggage. Also, the friendly staff were able to communicate in English and were helpful when asked about nearby restaurants and shops. The location was perfect as it was just a road away from a large supermarket where I could stock up on supplies. Finally, the bathtub in my room was a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring.

I was disappointed with the breakfast buffet as it was overcrowded and some guests were pushy and rude. The staff at the buffet were not very friendly and rushed us to finish quickly which was unpleasant. Additionally, the walls in my room were quite thin and I could hear noises from the surrounding rooms which interrupted my sleep.

Stayed here for Xmas. Lovely ambiance with Christmas decorations and lights. The room was spacious and clean. The location is convenient, lots of local shops and eateries close by. There is also a supermarket a few steps down the road. The hotel staff was friendly and check-in was quick and easy.

The food options were limited and not well-prepared. The staff at the breakfast area were not helpful and seemed unhappy.
